Policies

It is required of all UT SUCCESS employees to read and review the Iron County School District designated policies and procedures on an annual basis. Upon review of these policies and procedures employees shall sign their name indicating their understanding regarding these designated policies.

On occasion the Utah State Legislative Code or the Utah State School Board Rules may require different policies and procedures for charter schools. Whenever a difference is identified between the ICSD and the designated charter school policies it shall be the responsibility of the Principal/CEO to develop and present updated policies and procedures which fulfill the Utah legislative code. These identified policies and procedures shall be approved by the SUCCESS Academy Board of Trustees and shall be contained as an addendum to the Iron County School District policies and procedures listed on the UT SUCCESS website and entered into the SUCCESS Academy Board of Trustees approved policies binder.
